Bob is a SVP of Originations at Mag Mile Capital and is based in New Jersey, metropolitan New York. With 30 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, financing and technology, Bob is well positioned to advise clients on all aspects of the financing lifecycle. In this leadership role, Bob arranges financing for hotel, retail, office, self-storage, industrial and multifamily owners and operators nationwide with a particular focus in the New York Metropolitan area.
Prior to joining Mag Mile Capital, Bob was principal at HAS Consulting Services where he provided advisory services to a spectrum of financial services firms including HSBC, State Street Bank and Trust, Bank of NY Mellon, Bank of Montreal, Northern Trust, Principal Financial Group and Bridgewater Associates. While advising these financial institutions, Bob garnered vast technical skill and analytical finance expertise by implementing innovative solutions to consummate financial transactions more quickly and smoothly.
With extensive experience working with numerous Wall Street investment firms on debt and credit structures, Bob serves his clients with a strong depth of knowledge, experience, and commitment to serving all their customer service needs.
